JP Morgan boss pressed by US senator about bank’s contact with Jeffrey Epstein

The top Democrat on the Senate banking committee is pressing JP Morgan Chase's chief executive over the bank's dealings with Jeffrey Epstein. The Guardian reports that Elizabeth Warren wrote to Jamie Dimon last week asking whether he took advice from the late child sex offender while lobbying against a UK tax on bankers' bonuses. The letter, published by the Senate banking committee, follows resurfaced emails between the two. Warren is seeking clarification on the nature and extent of that contact.
