NASA News reports that astronaut Anil Menon is launching to the International Space Station on Tuesday aboard a Soyuz spacecraft, joined by Russian cosmonauts Pyotr Dubrov and Anna Kikina. He'll be part of the Expedition crew on the orbiting station.
