Alejandro González Iñárritu's new film Digger just dropped its trailer, and The Guardian reports Tom Cruise is almost unrecognizable in the lead role. He plays Digger Rockwell, an eccentric oil baron on a mission to save the world from ecological disaster. It's billed as a comedy-drama—and Cruise's most transformed performance since his comedic turn in Tropic Thunder in two thousand eight. The film releases worldwide in early October.
