Colombian national killed by ICE agent during operation in Maine

BBC World reports that a Colombian national has been killed by an agent from ICE, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, during an operation in Maine. The BBC notes it comes less than a week after an undocumented migrant was fatally shot by an immigration agent in Houston.
