Man made to retire without notice or payment wins S$26,350 in claims against employer

Channel NewsAsia reports that a man won twenty-six thousand three hundred fifty Singapore dollars in employment tribunal claims after being forced into retirement without notice or pay. When he pursued re-employment, he was offered a six-month role at lower wages with just one week to decide. The tribunal found in his favor on wrongful dismissal.
