‘The Hunt for Gollum’ Star Anya Taylor-Joy Has Not Read the ‘Lord of the Rings’ Books Yet, but Is ‘About to’ Soon

Anya Taylor-Joy has officially joined the cast of 'The Hunt for Gollum,' the upcoming Lord of the Rings film, according to Variety. Though she was a devoted Harry Potter fan growing up, Taylor-Joy has not yet read Tolkien's books—something she's now planning to fix. She told Variety at Monday's premiere that she's 'about to read the books' as she prepares for the role.
