David Sánchez, brother of Spain's Prime Minister, has been banned from public office for nine years for misconduct. The international composer and conductor, whose career has included positions in Saint Petersburg, Toulouse, Tokyo, and Madrid, was among eleven defendants tried in the case, per Euronews.
