MPs vote on Hillsborough amendment as Starmer and Burnham address Commons

politics

The Commons is debating the Hillsborough law bill with Prime Minister Starmer and Andy Burnham addressing Parliament. According to The Guardian, House leader Alan Campbell announced a change to Wednesday's parliamentary agenda — a Conservative opposition motion debate will be replaced with a debate on Iran and a vote on regulations banning support for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Campbell told the Commons he was totally unaware of what the Conservative motion was about.
