'An open wound': Nice commemorates 10 years since terror attack

France 24 reports that French President Emmanuel Macron attended a solemn ceremony in Nice on Tuesday marking ten years since the July fourteenth, twenty sixteen terror attack on the city's Promenade des Anglais. The assault killed eighty-six people and injured more than four hundred. A decade on, France 24 describes the commemoration under the headline "an open wound."
