ICE identifies Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero as man agents fatally shot in Maine

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has identified the man its agents fatally shot in Maine on Monday as Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, a twenty-six-year-old Colombian man. According to The Guardian, an immigration officer shot and killed him in Biddeford after he reportedly rammed into the officer's car. The agency confirmed the identification through a spokesperson's statement.
