Thames Water says it has enough funding to survive until end of year

Thames Water, the UK's largest water company serving sixteen million customers in London and the south of England, says it has sufficient funding to survive until year's end, per The Guardian. The company's net debt, however, has climbed to eighteen point five billion pounds—up from sixteen point eight billion a year earlier. Thames Water is working with creditors, regulators, and government on a recapitalisation plan essential to avoid nationalisation.
