Singapore filmmaker Nelson Yeo's wuxia science-fiction feature 'The House on the Moon' is set to premiere in competition at the Locarno Film Festival, per Variety. Parallax Films has come aboard to handle worldwide sales for the film across most international territories. German-speaking territories, Taiwan and Singapore are carved out of that exclusive deal.
