Stripe, Advent make $53 billion takeover offer for PayPal, sending stock soaring

Stripe and Advent International have jointly bid to acquire PayPal at sixty point five dollars per share, in a deal valued at more than fifty-three billion dollars. Per CNBC, the offer sent PayPal's stock soaring.
