Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian oil refineries are constraining the country's fuel supply. Reuters calculated that those attacks have cut gasoline output to sixty-five percent of average seasonal demand. The impact is visible at the pump: Russian gasoline prices rose two point three percent in the week of July seventh through thirteenth, Meduza reports, with diesel up three point two percent. Since the start of the year, gasoline prices have increased sixteen point four percent.
