Detainees at El Paso ICE detention say they’re frequently beaten, report says

A new report accuses an ICE detention facility in El Paso of routinely mistreating the people held there. According to The Texas Tribune, the eighty-four-page report from two human rights groups found that ninety percent of the detainees they interviewed said they had been beaten or had witnessed others being beaten.
