Sam Neill's cause of death revealed by agent

The cause of death of New Zealand actor Sam Neill has been revealed. ABC News reports that his long-time agent, Philip Grenz, has confirmed Neill died from pneumonia. Neill was a screen actor whose career spanned decades of film and television.
