Russian regional officials say overnight Ukrainian strikes killed three people across several regions, according to Meduza. In the Bryansk region, a fifteen-year-old girl and her grandmother were killed when the settlement of Suzemka was hit by a Grad rocket system, regional head Yegor Kovalchuk said, with one house destroyed and another local woman wounded. Meduza reports that a drone attack in the Yaroslavl region killed one resident and injured four more, while officials in Saratov said civilian infrastructure was damaged in Engels, where witnesses described a drone crashing into an apartment building. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said more than two hundred drones had targeted the Moscow area since the evening of July fifteenth, and the Russian Defense Ministry reported three hundred seventy-five Ukrainian drones shot down over Russian regions and annexed Crimea overnight.
