Fire at orphanage in Algeria kills 11 and wounds 19

A fire at an orphanage outside the Algerian capital, Algiers, has killed at least eleven people and wounded nineteen. According to France 24, the country's civil defence announced the toll on Thursday. The feed does not include further detail on the cause.
