Ormax Media's new streaming report, covered by Variety, shows that cricket dominated India's viewership in the first half of 2026. The ICC Men's T20 World Cup led with an estimated two hundred forty-six million viewers on JioHotstar, more than any other title tracked by the measurement framework. The Indian Premier League 2026 followed with two hundred twenty-eight point four million viewers on the same platform.
