Uber is acquiring Germany's Delivery Hero in a fourteen point eight billion dollar deal, according to The Guardian. The US tech firm offered forty-one euros and fifty cents per share, with a net cost of thirteen point seven billion dollars after accounting for its previous stake purchase. Once complete, Uber's food delivery and taxi services will reach fifty-eight markets—expanding from the current thirty-four.
