TSMC posts record profit and pledges $100bn to expand US manufacturing

Euronews reports that Taiwan's TSMC delivered record profits this quarter, with net income up seventy-seven percent year-over-year and beating Wall Street forecasts. The chipmaker is committing an additional one hundred billion dollars to expand its US manufacturing capacity.
