'Thousands of people are still dying over a few meters of ground' in Ukraine

France 24 spoke with British photographer Mark Neville, who is based in Kyiv, about his work documenting Ukraine and his conviction that the country will prevail in its war with Russia, which began with Moscow's full-scale invasion in twenty twenty-two. Neville, who has shared his still photographs with the outlet several times before, has captured images in major cities like Kyiv as well as along the frontline. In this edition, published on Thursday, he goes further, showing France 24 some of the video footage he filmed while taking his pictures.
