Washington is ready to 'upend the rules-based world order' HRW chief says

Human Rights Watch executive director Philippe Bolopion told France 24 that the Trump administration has mounted an all-out assault on human rights both domestically and internationally. He characterized the Fort Bliss detention center as a human rights catastrophe and warned that Washington is prepared to upend the rules-based world order.
