France 24 reports that Human Rights Watch executive director Philippe Bolopion has accused the Trump administration of launching an all-out assault on human rights both at home and abroad. He characterized the Fort Bliss immigration detention center as a human rights catastrophe and warned that Washington is prepared to upend the rules-based world order.
