Both UK and Ukraine say goodbye to Keir Starmer

Britain's Keir Starmer is stepping down as Prime Minister after nearly four years guiding the country during Russia's invasion of Ukraine. On his final visit to Kyiv, Ukraine awarded him the Order of Freedom, its highest decoration. As France twenty-four looks back at his tenure, Starmer's administration backed Ukraine consistently since the February twenty twenty-two invasion. He'll be succeeded by Burnham, marking the fifth British leader since the war began.
