Promoter Goldenvoice is bringing live music back to Santa Monica, per Variety, with the Ocean Way Festival launching in September. The inaugural event will feature Olivia Dean, The Killers, Jack White, and Khruangbin performing on the beach. Santa Monica's music scene has been largely quiet since the Civic Auditorium stopped hosting concerts and the pier's Twilight Series ended about a dozen years ago—making this festival a significant return for the coastal city.
