Telstra, Australia's largest mobile operator, is facing serious scrutiny after a network outage last week that disrupted far more than just phone calls. The telecommunications company's chief executive, Vicki Brady, will appear before a parliamentary inquiry on Friday to answer for the failure, alongside other company executives.
