Flooding has hit the Texas Hill Country, where the Guadalupe River and Cypress Creek climbed out of their banks Thursday and residents in low-lying areas around Comfort began evacuating in the early morning hours. First responders blocked off Mill Dam Road as floodwaters overtook the roadway. The Texas Tribune has put together a guide on where to find flooding resources and how to help affected Texans.
