A former marine and Republican write-in candidate for a US House seat in Florida has been arrested on federal charges of threatening to kill Donald Trump, The Guardian reports. Thirty-five-year-old William Upham was taken into custody after appearing in federal court in Jacksonville, Florida. According to public records cited in the report, Upham was running in the Republican primary for Florida's fifth congressional district — and if convicted, he faces up to five years in federal prison.
