The Middle East crisis is deepening. The Guardian reports that recent US strikes inside Iran hit the airport at Iranshahr, a rail station in the south, and two bridges, according to Iranian media. Iran's health ministry says thirty-eight people have been killed and more than four hundred others injured, among them twenty-two women and nine children. The figures were released as the confrontation between Washington and Tehran shows no sign of easing.
