Jail for 66-year-old man who offered 12-year-old boy cash and cigarettes in exchange for sexual acts

Channel NewsAsia reports that a 66-year-old man in Singapore, Abdul Rahim Sa'ad, has been jailed for offering a twelve-year-old boy cash and cigarettes in exchange for sexual acts. According to the outlet, he was arrested after his niece lodged a police report alleging that he was procuring sexual services from young boys in exchange for cigarettes.
