CIA declassifies evidence of electoral machinery used by chavismo in Venezuela since 2012

Euronews reports that the CIA has declassified documents revealing Venezuela's regime possessed an electoral machine capable of altering up to one point five million votes, a capability the documents indicate existed since two thousand twelve. The declassified evidence does not establish that fraud actually occurred in any particular election.
