health
The Guardian reports that a cyclospora outbreak has been traced to lettuce at Taco Bell locations across five states. Cyclospora, a parasite that causes diarrhea and gastrointestinal illness, was found in shredded iceberg lettuce imported from Mexico. The FDA identified a single supplier, though the company's name has not been disclosed. The CDC issued the warning late Thursday for restaurants in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.
