Trump targets China and Russia with baseless claims of election interference

France 24 reports Donald Trump has revived his claims that the 2020 U.S. election was fabricated. In a primetime address, he accused China of conducting what he called the largest election data breach in history and released documents he says demonstrate foreign interference. Yet U.S. intelligence officials say there is no evidence that foreign actors changed the election outcome.
