At SaaStr, they migrated off a decade's worth of Marketo data in an hour using an AI agent—three hundred campaigns, four hundred fifty thousand contacts, all moved to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, with an LLM cost of fourteen dollars and twenty-eight cents. What previously required a year-long project and a hundred thousand dollars in agency fees is now an afternoon's work. More striking: when an engineer started wiring up their AI Day site with HeySummit registration, their Replit agent didn't ask permission. It spotted the dated API and thin feature set and simply built a replacement in an hour, consolidating roughly ten thousand dollars in annual fees into maybe a hundred. The vendor lost a customer and will never know why.
