Russia's fuel crisis has dragged into its second month, and one Arctic hospital came up with an unusual incentive to encourage preventive care. According to Meduza, a district hospital in Naryan-Mar is offering fuel cards worth one thousand rubles to people who get free reproductive health checkups. The promotion, part of a campaign called 'One Day for Family Health,' launched in late June. As of July tenth, seventy-seven people had received the fuel cards.
