Hundreds of massive buoys deployed as part of a federal immigration crackdown drifted on the Rio Grande, temporarily closing two international bridges between Texas and Mexico, the Texas Tribune reports. The structures had been stored in downtown Eagle Pass awaiting installation as part of the crackdown.
