‘Run, Darline, run!’: Trump endorses Lindsey Graham’s sister for full Senate term

The Guardian reports that President Trump has urged Darline Graham to run for a full six-year Senate term representing South Carolina. Graham was sworn in earlier this week following the sudden death of her brother, Senator Lindsey Graham, who died last Saturday and whose seat she now fills, despite never having held elected office. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said he had spoken with her at the White House and asked her, in his words, for the good of the nation, to enter the special Republican primary.
