Taco Bell removes lettuce from menu in US after links to explosive diarrhoea parasite

Taco Bell is pulling lettuce from its menus across the United States after the ingredient was tied to a parasite outbreak, BBC World reports. US health officials say about one thousand six hundred forty-five people across five states fell ill after eating at the fast-food chain.
