Singapore chefs cook up chilli crab, laksa and chicken rice for 180 diners in Peru

Channel NewsAsia reports that Singapore chefs recently brought their island's cuisine to Peru. At a collaboration dinner in Lima for 180 guests, they served signature dishes—chilli crab, laksa, chicken rice—at the restaurant La Mar by Gaston Acurio. It marked the first official, large-scale showcase of Singapore food in the Peruvian capital.
