ICE shared Medicaid data it wasn't supposed to have with Palantir

According to NPR, Immigration and Customs Enforcement shared Medicaid data with Palantir—the data analytics company—even though ICE wasn't authorized to access that data. The disclosure came to light through a federal court case brought by Democratic states challenging ICE's use of Medicaid records in deportation efforts.
