Ex-wife says ICE agent who killed man in Maine had racist beliefs, violent tendencies

NPR News reports that a woman has identified her ex-husband, David Brouillette, as the ICE agent who fatally shot Joan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Biddeford, Maine, on Monday. According to Ashley Brouillette, she learned he was the officer responsible when he called her on Wednesday. She described him as holding racist beliefs and having violent tendencies, NPR says.
