Approved fosterers may keep up to 6 cats in HDB flats, 10 in private homes under new pilot scheme

Channel NewsAsia reports that Singapore is launching a two-year cat-fostering pilot program allowing approved fosterers to keep multiple cats in their homes. Under the scheme, which begins in early August, fosterers in HDB public flats can keep up to six cats, while those in private homes can keep up to ten. The program runs through July twenty twenty-eight.
