Wildberries, Russia’s largest online retailer, may have lost the use of 10–15% of its warehouse space to Ukrainian drone strikes, source tells The Bell

Ukrainian drone strikes may have knocked out ten to fifteen percent of the warehouse space used by Wildberries, Russia's largest online retailer, a source inside the company told The Bell, as reported by Meduza. The overnight strikes on July eighteenth hit logistics centers in Elektrostal, near Moscow, and in Kotovsk in the Tambov region, killing eight people and injuring dozens. Meduza says the source expects the damage to strain operations in the Moscow market, the company's biggest, without paralyzing the marketplace overall. The official extent of the damage to the warehouses was not reported, and CEO Tatyana Kim said the company is still working through whether to pay sellers who lost goods, while stressing it is not obligated to cover the losses.
