According to The Guardian, Victoria is proposing new laws to unmask anonymous social media accounts accused of vilification. The reforms would give the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal the power to compel social media and AI platforms to reveal the identity of anonymous users. Premier Jacinta Allan announced the changes as part of efforts to protect families and children online.
