Police release suspect's image after alleged kidnapping attempt

Police in Warrnambool, south-west Victoria, have released an image of a suspect following an alleged kidnapping attempt. Per ABC News, a thirty-three-year-old woman reported being approached while walking home from work, when another woman attempted to push her into a car.
