Donald Trump and Gianni Infantino booed before World Cup presentation ceremony

Donald Trump and FIFA president Gianni Infantino were booed as they took the field for the World Cup final presentation ceremony on Sunday. The Guardian reports that Trump arrived via Marine One, landing near the New Jersey stadium roughly forty-five minutes before kick-off. He was seated in a glassed-in section of luxury seating alongside Infantino and other world leaders: Spain's King Felipe VI, Canada's prime minister Mark Carney, and Mexico's president Claudia Sheinbaum. Spain and Argentina were set to play. But when Trump and Infantino emerged for the presentation, the crowd's reception was decidedly chilly.
