James Gray to Be Honored With Locarno Film Festival Career Award

Variety is reporting that American director James Gray, known for films like The Immigrant and Ad Astra, will receive the Pardo alla Carriera lifetime achievement award at the Locarno Film Festival on August ninth. He'll also premiere his latest film, Paper Tiger, which previously launched at Cannes in May. The honor recognizes his career contributions as an auteur filmmaker.
