Ukrainian drones struck targets across two Russian regions overnight, and local officials say a three-year-old boy was killed. Meduza reports that in the Voronezh region, a downed drone sparked a fire in a private home, killing the child and injuring his parents, while a nineteen-year-old man nearby suffered minor injuries. Governor Alexander Gusev said thirty-six drones were shot down over Voronezh, and that the strikes damaged warehouse and marketplace buildings. In the Ulyanovsk region, Governor Alexey Russkikh said a fuel and energy facility caught fire after a drone strike. Separately, the Russian-installed head of occupied Crimea said a Ukrainian attack there killed one civilian and injured four others, including two children.
