Tanzanian lecturer arrested over anti-government protests charged with terrorism

A Tanzanian university lecturer has been arrested and charged with terrorism in connection with anti-government protests calling for democratic reforms. BBC World reports he is among more than one hundred thirty people detained over the planned demonstrations.
